As I mentioned earlier

Most of us in life have different opinions about

enhance the weight loss work that you have done already. They
will provide you with an additional valuable resource for use
on a
daily basis
to help you to maintain your focus of reducing your weight. So
at your own personal pace you will gradually realise your goal
towards achieving and maintaining a healthy, trim size and shape.
Of course negative patterns of behaviour are not just restricted
to habits such as smoking or overeating. We have all in our lives
encountered places, objects around us, and situations which we
find ourselves in that conjure up different emotions for us.
Positive emotions such as happiness, elation and contentment,
or in contrast negative emotions such as fear or anxiety.
Relieve Anxiety
Another Hypnotherapy treatment on offer is one
that can help and support you to relieve anxiety. Fears
and anxieties about objects or situations can affect us in many
ways
as we
go about

life.
Both can create a wide range of different reactions and responses
which can vary from person to person. We all have within us our
normal inbuilt ‘alarm system’ which is our physical ‘flight,
fright or fight’ adrenaline response, and this acts as
a type of protection in any one type of ‘situation’ we
may find ourselves in. Some particular object or situation may
trigger off this alarm system. So when in this situation our
subconscious takes the decision to act on our behalf, and this
protective device duly kicks in. Your body and your emotions
then respond by reacting in several different ways.
We might react by trying to cope with the particular object
or situation. Or more likely we distance ourselves from it, attempt
to take ourselves away from it as far as possible, or totally
avoid it all together. Sometimes these negative feelings leave
a residual memory which can reappear the next time you come across
a similar experience. These types of feelings for some can understandably
affect their everyday life in all sorts of different ways.
Hypnotherapy can help to bring these feelings of fear and anxiety
down to a much more acceptable level. You begin to understand
why and when they take place. You learn how to replace old negative
responses with new positive coping ones. Beginning to gradually
to unravel and readjust your ‘overprotective’ response.

IBS Treatment
Stress can take many forms, and one condition that
is particularly associated with this negative feature of our
society today is Irritable Bowel Syndrome or IBS. This is a digestive
condition that affects millions of people in all walks of life.
Its cause is not really known or fully understood. If stress
continues
to affect our body and its everyday function, it can
create an imbalance in varying parts as our body will predictably
react in a particular way.
This condition for some people can be a really disabling one.
The sufferer experiences a range of physical symptoms ranging

In order to strengthen your decision and resolve
in your everyday life you will be given two specially prepared
CDs and some practical tips to take away with you for home use
at the end of your session. All these resources will help to
reinforce the work you have done already to stop smoking. They
will give you an additional and valuable daily focus with which
to live your life from now on. Helping you to be and remain a
healthy, happy and wealthier non smoker.
Improve Relationships
Negative patterns of behaviour can also affect
our personal relationships with other people. We can sometimes
seem to be in a never ending spiral of negative response to a
particular person or situation. Hypnotherapy can help you in
your most emotional moments, giving you support, strength and
